How I work on a real problem. Each one is a real public problem I later fixed, with the cause, the files, the fix, the tests and what wasn’t tested. A plan for your project has the same rigour, plus the scope, the milestones and an estimate. For your issue you get the same parts in writing within one working day, before you pay anything.
